Users may enroll by following an authorized OPTIMUSTEK/JenaSys opt-in process, such as initiating enrollment by texting a designated keyword to an OPTIMUSTEK messaging number and completing any requested confirmation steps.
By completing the SMS enrollment process, you consent to receive text messages from OPTIMUSTEK LLC relating to JenaSys services and operational communications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on scheduling activity, assignments, service activity, operational requirements, and other relevant events associated with your use of JenaSys.

After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages through that SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

SMS delivery is subject to wireless network and carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected and processed in connection with our services and SMS messaging program is handled in accordance with the OPTIMUSTEK Privacy Policy.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
OPTIMUSTEK may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of its services or messaging programs when reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, regulatory, or business purposes.
